The Welcome to Rockville 2020 festival released a statement announcing its cancellation.

The statement said that this year's pass holders have three options.

1. Full refund
2. Apply your pass for the 2021 Festival
3. Exchange your pass for another Danny Wimmer Presents 2020 festival (Louder than Life, Bourbon & Beyond and Aftershock).

DWP has announced that two of its other music festivals, Epicenter and Sonic Temple, will also be canceled. The DWP says these three festivals will come back "bigger and stronger than ever in 2021".
